The copyright of the award trademark belongs exclusively to the organizer. After receiving the official congratulatory letter and paying the full amount of the relevant sponsorship package, the winner has the non-exclusive right to use the award trademark for any advertising and marketing purposes but in no event shall the winner has any right to represent the organizer. The organizer takes no responsibility or assumes no liability for any of the contents that the winner may post.
The organizer has the right to use the video clips/photographs/logo/personal name/company name of the winners to publish in any online and offline media/websites/magazines and books related to the awards and online or offline awards promotion, advertising and marketing materials, etc, without any prior notice to the winners.
If the organizer finds or discovers any improper behavior, speech, statement, remarks, acts or incidents of the winner or anyone claiming under the winner that may damage or injure, or which has the effect of damaging or injuring the reputation of the award, the organizer, at its sole discretion, has the right to issue a letter to disqualify the award won by the winner without any compensation whatsoever and the organizer is entitled to publish the disqualified winner’s details on the official website and social media to cancel the winner’s qualifications and to prohibit the disqualified winner from continuing to use the award trademarks. For the avoidance of doubt, the organizer shall not be obliged to refund the nomination fees and the related sponsorship fees to the disqualified winner.

Nomination

I/We abide and accept the decisions of the judges, which will be deemed final and conclusive and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
The organizer reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to change/modify/add/delete any terms and conditions, rules and regulations at any time without prior notice at any time.

The organizer has the right to verify through various channels whether the information and background submitted by the nominee are true and qualified for the award.
The individual nominated on behalf of the company must be the actual owner/shareholder of the company. If it is not a company shareholder, it must be accompanied by an official nomination letter written by the company’s largest shareholder.
If the referrer rejects the nomination letter after nominee winning the award or during the nomination process, the organizer will reconsider the award-winning qualifications of the winners and decide whether to cancel/observe/not cancel their award-winning qualifications.
In any case, the nomination fee and related sponsorship package fees are non-refundable if the qualification is cancelled, or the nomination fails.
After submitting the nomination form, I agree to accept the award sponsorship package, and are willing to pay for the sponsorship package in full within 14 days after receiving the official congratulation letter, or I and/or my company will be implanted in the CTOS credit system and marked as a bad credit enterprise.
After receiving the official congratulation letter, if I give up the award or refuse to pay for the award sponsorship package, I will be publicly disqualified from the AEEF official website and social media accounts. I and/or any organization shall not file any legal complaints against the public disqualification of the award.
If the nominee rejects the nomination letter for any reasons whatsoever after winning the award or during the nomination process, the organizer will, at its sole discretion, reconsider the award-winning qualifications of the said nominee and decide whether to cancel/observe/not cancel the nominee's award-winning qualifications.
In any event, the nomination fee and related sponsorship package fees shall be non-refundable should the qualification be cancelled, or the nomination fails.
After submitting this nomination form, I/we agree to accept the award sponsorship package and am/are willing to pay for the sponsorship package in full within 14 days fter receiving the official congratulatory letter. Should there be any delay or failure to make payment whatsoever, I/we and/or my/our company/business will be implanted in the CTOS credit system and marked as a bad credit enterprise.
After receiving the official congratulatory letter, in the event I/we give up the award and/or refuse to pay and/or fail to pay for the award sponsorship package, I/we will be publicly disqualified from the award entitlement and the disqualification will be published publicly on from the AEEF official website and its social media accounts. I/We, any person and/or any organization claiming under me/us shall not file any legal complaints against the public disqualification of the award.

Awards Ceremony

The organizer has the sole and exclusive right to decide/change/postpone the date, place and time of the award ceremony at any time. If a winner is not able to attend the ceremony due to personal reasons, subject to the approval of the organizer whose decision shall be final and conclusive, the winner can arrange to collect the relevant trophy(ies) and certificate(s) at the organizer’s office within the stipulated time period after approval has been granted by the organizer. In any event, the winner will not be entitled to receive any compensation whatsoever, and the nomination fee and related sponsorship package fees are non-refundable. The organizer shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the initial stipulated time period for collection. All unclaimed trophy(ies) and certificate(s) after the stipulated period will be forfeited
The organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to change the event schedule and any details of the award ceremony at any time to ensure the smoothness of the event.
Children under twelve (12) years old are not allowed to attend the award ceremony.
To attend the awards ceremony, the attendee(s) must follow the dress code set by the organizer.
The organizer will take photos for everyone at the awards ceremony and non-official photographers will be prohibited from entering the venue. If you would like to hire a photographer, you can directly hire the official photographer from the organizer.
Under any circumstances, the nomination fee and related sponsorship package fees paid will not be refunded.
Seating arrangements, entry sequence and stage order of the awards ceremony are arranged in accordance with the award’s category and the alphabet of the winner’s name respectively. All winners shall accept the arrangement of the organizer.
The organizer shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any prizes provided hereunder. In particular, the organizer gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purposes.
Winners and/or attendees shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the awards ceremony and agree to release and hold the organizer free and harmless of any liability.
